Cure bad breath – Gargle a bit of warm cinnamon water (a few tablespoons of warm water with 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon added in) to tame that funkiness fast!
Make an easy exfoliating face scrub – Put together 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 2 tablespoons coconut nectar. Blend this together and rub on to your face very gently in a circular motion.
Make a Lip Balm – Add a pinch of cinnamon to a tablespoon of melted (but cooled) coconut oil for a glowing and moisturizing lip fix in a pinch!
Make a Face Mask – Mix a tablespoon of cinnamon powder, with an equal quantity of honey. Apply a thin coat to your face, let it sit for 20 minutes and then rinse it off with cold water. Use this cinnamon face mask twice a week for that visible difference.
