Christmas Decorating Hacks

Use Tomato Cages to Make Trees – Since these metal frames are intended to be outside, they’re ideal for creating outdoor decorations. Just snip three cages into different sizes for variation, wrap you garland/evergreen boughs around each, and add a bow on top. Suddenly your yard will be full of festive evergreens.

Jazz Up Lights With Spray Paint – While green cords are helpful when you want them to blend into your tree, it makes the cords an eyesore to use elsewhere in your home — unless you spray paint them gold, making them a stunning addition to your mantle.

Add Height to Your Tree – This trick is as simple as placing 4 paint cans together under the your tree stand then draping the skirt over it to conceal your hack.

Make a Centre Piece – Fill a vase with a toilet paper or paper towel tube, then place ball ornaments all around the tube – place decorative branches of your  choice in the centre. (A candle could also work if placed properly)
