89.5 The Drive and Tractorgrease Studio are proud to present Music Business 101 for 2014. This time around it’s all about the singer song writer. We know that here in the Fraser Valley we have a number of talented singer songwriters who are poised to take the next step in the music business industry.

Music Business 101 – 2014 is open to all singer songwriters and bands that are serious about music. They will have a chance to learn valuable insights from industry professionals as well tips and direction designed to help them fine tune their craft.

This year’s Music Business 101 seminar includes:

–a free live video recorded at Tractorgrease Studio for 12 of the finalists

–a song writing workshop with Canadian Music Star Ridley Bent will be Nov 23^rd

–coaching on the business side of things from Industry pros

–participation in the songwriter concert series at the new Tractorgrease Cafe

–2 awards of additional studio time will be handed out to the Best Performance and Best Song
